Cancellation & Refund Policy
To honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session, as well as the limited space we hold for our community, we ask that any cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be transferred to a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, as your reserved space could have been offered to another participant.
We understand that life happens. In the case of an emergency, please reach out directly—one-time transfers may be offered with care and consideration.
